Sara Wettstein joined the Sports Medicine staff in February of 2023. She serves as one of the athletic trainers for the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country Teams. She previously served as the athletic trainer for the Triathlon team at ASU.
Born and raised in Middleton, WI, Sara completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2021 and her Master of Athletic Training in 2022, both from Marquette University. Sara is a certified and licensed athletic trainer and is a professional member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association. She is also certified in Graston Technique M1.
In her free time, she loves to travel, hike the Arizona terrain, and read.
