Madison Cindric joined Arizona State University in June 2023 as a compliance coordinator. In this role, Cindric assists with educational, interpretive, and monitoring efforts across all NCAA Operational Bylaws. Cindric came to ASU after spending two years in Charlotte at the National Junior College Athletic Association’s national office. During her time at the NJCAA, Cindric provided rules education, processed legislative waivers, and conducted eligibility audits. Cindric graduated from Baylor University with a master’s degree in sport management. Before Baylor, Cindric obtained her bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Arizona, where she was a women’s gymnastics student-athlete. During her time as a student-athlete, Cindric was a two-year team captain and twice named a scholastic All-American.
