Caroline Jeffers joined Arizona State University in October 2021 as a director of athletics compliance. In that role, Jeffers serves as the compliance office’s primary liaison with men’s basketball and has primary oversight over all related compliance matters, including all educational, interpretive, and monitoring activities and programming. Additionally, Jeffers oversees the compliance office’s student worker and legal extern program. Before arriving at ASU, Jeffers spent seven years at the University of Louisville where she was elevated several times, eventually serving as an Associate Director of Compliance and the eligibility and financial aid contact for four sports. She began her career as an intern at Syracuse University in 2013 and was promoted to a compliance coordinator in 2014. Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University in 2010, and her juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013.
