Ticket Office Location
The Sun Devil Ticket Office is located off of Veterans Way attached to the south end of Sun Devil Stadium. Tickets may be purchased in person, over the phone by calling (480) 727-0000 or (888) SUNDVLS, or online at www.thesundevils.com
Ticket Office Hours of Operation
The ticket office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. On home football Saturdays the ticket office will open at 10am and remain open until the end of the 3rd quarter. When game day is a regular business day, the ticket office will open at 9am and remain open until the endo f the 3rd quarter. The ticket office is not open on Saturdays when there is not a home football game.
Game Day Ticket Sales
Game Day Sales - In Person
Tickets will be available for purchase on game days at the Ticket Office. The Ticket Office is located on the south end of Sun Devil Stadium and is open on Saturday game days from 10am until the end of the 3rd quarter. If a game is on a regular business day the ticket office will open an hour earlier at 9am.
Game Day Sales - Phone
Tickets will be available for purchase on game days by phone from 10am until 4 hours prior to kick-off. Tickets ordered by phone can be left at will call or emailed so tickets can be printed at home.
Game Day Sales - Online
Tickets will be available for purchase on game days online up to kick-off. Tickets ordered prior to 4 hours before kick-off can be left at will call or emailed so tickets can be printed at home. Will Call
Will Call is located at the Sun Devil Ticket Office. If requested you may also pick-up will call tickets at the North Ticket Trailer located on the north side of Sun Devil Stadium, just east of the North Gate. The North Ticket Trailer will open 3 hours prior to kick-off. A valid, government issued ID is required to pick-up all will call tickets. To request that your will call tickets be placed at the North Ticket Trailer or to request a will call name change, call (480) 727-0000 prior to 4 hours before kick-off.
Visiting Team Will-Call Location
Will Call is located at the North Ticket Trailer located on the north side of Sun Devil Stadium, just east of the North Gate. A valid, government issued ID is required to pick-up all will call tickets.
Event Day Ticket Purchase/Pick-up
Short-term parking is available for guests purchasing or picking up tickets at the stadium ticket office. This area is located directly south of the ticket office, and is available until three hours prior to the event. This service is provided free of charge to guests pre-game only.
Child Tickets/Age Requirement
Children ages 2 and under will be admitted free to the football games with a paid adult. Please note that this free admittance is only valid for a seat on an adult's lap. There is no required pass or ticket for this admittance.
Accessible Seating & Guest Tickets
Accessible seating is provided for individuals with specific needs and a companion seat will be sold for every accessible seat sold. Please make sure to indicate your accommodation needs when purchasing your ticket so that the ticket office may provide you with the best and most appropriate seating availability.
There are accessible seats in Sun Devil Stadium located in seven different areas throughout the lower bowl.

**Please note, both the Northeast and Southeast field level accessible areas can only be accessed from their corresponding field gate.
Lost/Damaged/Duplicate Tickets
Please keep your tickets in a safe place. For tickets lost or misplaced, a full face value fee per ticket will be charged for each ticket duplicated. If the original unused tickets are mailed to: Sun Devil Ticket Office, PO Box 872405, Tempe, AZ 85287-2405, within 2 weeks of the event only a $5 per ticket charge will be assessed. Only credit cards will be accepted for reprint charges. Season ticket holders will be permitted one reprint at no charge.
Stolen tickets must be reported in advance of the game to the ticket office and a stolen property report filed with the police. The ticket office will then issue duplicates at no charge.
Re-Sale of Tickets
The resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited at Sun Devil Stadium. Fans that purchase tickets from someone other than the Sun Devil Ticket Office do so at their own risk and those tickets could be counterfeit. ASU is not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.
Re-Entry
Sun Devil Stadium guests may leave and re-enter the stadium at any time. Prior to leaving guests must first receive a stamp from the ticket taker at any gate. Guests must retain their ticket stub and re-entry stamp in order to regain entry.

Player Will-Call Location
ASU player will-call is located at the Southeast gate. Player will-call tickets can be picked-up 90 minutes prior to kick-off. A valid, government issued ID is required to pick-up all will-call tickets.
Recruit Ticket Pick-up
Recruit tickets can be picked-up inside the Carson Student-Athlete Center, attached to the South end of Sun Devil Stadium. Recruit tickets can be picked-up 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
Group Tickets
Group tickets are available to all ASU Football Games for groups of 25 or more. Group tickets must be purchased before game day. To purchase group tickets, contact Joe Jerde at (480) 727-3511.
