Began establishing herself as more of a middle-distance swimmer
Improved her times in both the 200 and 500 free
Set a new personal best in the 200 free at the Pac-10 Championships with a time of 1:51.59
Clocked in at 4:56.51 for a new personal best at the Pac-10 Championships
Earned a season-best 1000 free time of 10:18.69 against Cal
Touched in at 16:54.17 in the 1,650 free at the Texas Invite
2007-08:
Competed in the mid-distance and distance free events
All of her best times of the season were at the Pac-10 Championships
Earned new personal bests in all four of her main events
Clocked in a time of 1:52.77 in the 200 free; 4:56.61 in the 500 free; 10:12.72 in the 1000 free and 16:48.75 in the 1,650 free

A 2007 graduate of Lake Forest High School in Lake Forest, Ill.
Earned four letters in swimming
Member of the 2003 Illinois state champion high school team in 2003
Team was also named the No. 1 team in the country in 2003
Was named Most Valuable Swimmer on her team her senior year
Named Most Improved Swimmer her freshman, sophomore and junior years
Inducted in Lake Forest High School's Sports Wall of Honor her senior year
In 2006, became the only female swimmer in the history of Illinois to final in the 50 and 500 freestyle at the state meet
