High School: A 2010 graduate of Red Rock High School (Sedona, Ariz.)... lettered four times each in cross country and track & field and twice in soccer... captained the cross country and track teams as a senior... named the MVP of both teams as sophomore, junior and senior... in cross country, finished as the state 3A runner-up as a senior... took fourth his junior year after finishing 57th one year earlier... on the track, he won the 3A state title in the 800m twice (2008, 2010)... was third in 2009 and sixth in 2007 as a freshman... added state runner-up honors in the 1,600m run, the 4x400m relay and the 4x800m relay as a senior... holds school records in the 800m (1:55) and 1,600m run (4:20)... named RRHS Latin Student of the Year as a senior.
