WALNUT CREEK, Calif.—Arizona State women’s golfers Giulia Molinaro and Carlota Ciganda earned Pac-10 All-Academic honors, commissioner Larry Scott announced.
Molinaro, a junior majoring in Tourism Development, earned her second-consecutive first team honor with a 3.70 GPA. The Italy native maintained her impressive GPA while competing in all 10 team events for the Sun Devils, in addition to two appearances competing as an individual in the fall.
Ciganda earned All-Academic second-team honors with her 3.46 GPA in Business and Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Tourism and Sociology. The junior led Arizona State with a 72.45 stroke average, winning both the Northrop Grumman Invitational and the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational as well as earning a third-place finish at the Pac-10 Championships.
