Well, we are now through six days of our tour. I can hardly believe we have only four days left! We spent the last two days in Rimini, which is the hometown or "village" as the locals say, of our tour guide Sara. She showed us all the hotspots as we whizzed by them on the bus.
We checked into the hotel, which has by far been the best hotel we have stayed at. It was right on the beach and modern. The other two hotels we stayed in were really old school, literally around since the spawn of man!! Ha Ha! Only kidding. All of the hotels have been very nice.
After we got there we spent some time laying on the beach and soaking up the sun. Bri, Reagan and I all got 20-minute massages for 5 euros (or $6.50), a total steal!! It was very relaxing and much needed.
Later in the evening, Lauren, Reagan, Gabby, Nia, Dymond and I headed to the "Internet Café," which turned out to be a booth sanctioned off for Internet use amidst an arcade. So we all wrote emails to family and friends, checked perezhilton and TMZ, then played DDR, aka Dance, Dance Revolution. It was a riot watching Lauren and Dymond battle it out.
Wednesday was a very relaxing day. We decided collectively to abort our trip to San Marino and stay and play on the beach again. Sybil, Nia, Dymond and I rented a four-seat bicycle and rode around the beach for an hour looking at all the different shops while trying to locate jet skis for rent but all of those shops were closed because it is not summer season yet and tourists are slim to none during this time. So to keep ourselves entertained Nia and I bought a skim board, which is like a surfboard, but really slim. You throw it along the shore where the waves crash and ride it across the water. It is super fun, but as we proved, also a little dangerous. A couple of us tried some serious spills in the water, but the less fortunate ones ate it on the sand. It was hilarious to watch!
After flirting with death, we all went to Sara's father's house. He is a potter and he put on a demonstration for us. It was amazing to watch him work. He also had all of his work for sale so the majority of our group bought some cool pieces. I actually got to take a try behind the wheel. I felt like Demi Moore in the movie "Ghost."
At the conclusion of the evening we were able to secure another victory. The games have been so fun. We have all been playing really well together and we are winning so no complaints here. That is all for now! Ciao!

Game 3 Summary
Led by Jill Noe, who had 19 points on 7-11 shooting, the Arizona State women's basketball team improved to 3-0 on its Italian tour, defeating Techno Allarmi Cervia 99-39 on Wednesday night.
Noe, who had 17 of her 19 points in the first half, was one of five Sun Devils who posted double figures in scoring. Also scoring in double figures for ASU were Kirsten Thompson (16 points, 6-10 FGs), Sybil Dosty (12 points), Lauren Lacey (12 points) and Kayli Murphy (11 points).
Like in their first two contests it did not take the Sun Devils long to remove any suspense of what the ultimate outcome would be. ASU led by 21 points after the first quarter (28-7) and 39 points at halftime (54-15). Noe hit six of her seven field goal attempts in the first 20 minutes in helping the Sun Devils shoot 59 percent for the half.
On the defensive end, the Sun Devils continued their suffocating style in limiting Techno to shoot 23 percent for the game (14-62). The Sun Devils were just as dominant in rebounding, grabbing 25 more boards (50-25) than Techno, including a 24-7 advantage on the offense glass. Dosty and Lavinia Fanaika led ASU in rebounding with nine and eight rebounds, respectively.
With Wednesday's 60-point win, ASU has now won its first three contests by an average of 44 points.
The Sun Devils wrap up their four-game tour of Italy on Friday before returning home to Phoenix on Sunday.
