TEMPE, Ariz. - In their first spring action of the year, the Volleyball team has found some early success on the court.
The Sun Devils picked up victories over Arizona, UNLV and New Mexico during the first spring tournament of the season.
Head Coach Brad Saindon and new assistant coach Mike Wall were encouraged by what they saw, but stressed that the young team still has a lot of work to do.
ASU will be holding a pre-season tournament in August, welcoming Middle Tennessee, Loyola Marymount and Northeastern to the Valley for a warm-up tournament prior to the start of the 2006 regular season.
