(Michael Chasson/2nd Year, Mark Bradshaw/3rd Year): Finished with 3-6 dual meet record, including fifth consecutive victory over Arizona ... placed 10th at the NCAA Championships in Minneapolis, its third top-10 showing in the past five seasons ... fifth place finish at the Pac-10 Championships in Federal Way, Wash ... freshman Attila Czene became the first NCAA individual champion from Arizona State since 1996 by winning the 200-meter individual medley in a world record time of 1:54.65 ... Czene also won the Pac-10 title in the 200-yard IM (1:44.08) and established another school record in the 200 butterfly with his 1:44.49, second place showing at the Pac-10's ... by winning the three-meter springboard competition, junior Marc Briggs became the first Sun Devil Pac-10 diving champion since 1983 ... Briggs also earned All-America honors in the platform (eighth place) and one-meter (16th place) events at the NCAA's, the first such awards earned by a Sun Devil diver since 1983 ... Baham also set ASU record in the 100 fly at the Texas Invitational ... she joined sophomore Riley Mants, junior Lauren Morelli, and senior Carolyn Adel to earn Honorable Mention All-America honors in the 400 medley relay by placing 10th at the NCAA's, breaking the school record with a time of 3:41.66 ... same group also swam the fastest 200 medley time in school history (1:42.64) ... .Adel was an individual All-American by virtue of her 16th place showing in the 400 individual medley ... she established new Sun Devil records in both the 200 and 400 IM at the Texas Invitational ... senior diver Katrina Pfeuffer had a stellar NCAA Championships, placing eighth on the one-meter springboard and 16th in platform competition, becoming an All-American in both events ...
