TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State women's soccer player Stacey Tullock has been invited back to participate in her second Under-21 Women's National Team Training Camp in Maryland.
From April 14-18, the national team will play three top college programs, including national power North Carolina. Tullock scored a goal and assisted on another during her first training camp back in February.
Tullock, a sophomore midfielder from Phoenix, Arizona, was named the Pacific-10 Conference's Freshman of the Year and was one of only two freshmen to earn first-team All-Pac-10 honors. Tullock also became the school's first-ever soccer All-American, earning that acclaim by Soccer Buzz . She ended the 1998 season leading the Pac-10 in points (33), goals scored (13) and was fourth in assists (6).
In just her first year at ASU, Tullock is now the school's all-time goal scorer (13), game-winning goal scorer (4) and points leader (33).
While Tullock is with the national team, Arizona State will travel to St. Louis, Missouri to take part in a multi-collegiate team tournament.
