2001 Outdoor: Competed four times in the 800m, notching a season-best 2:14.25 at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (12th place).

2001 Indoor: Competed twice in the 800m, recording season-best time and finish at the UA/NAU Double Dual (2:21.65, fifth).

2000 XC: Placed 19th (17:10.6) at the ASU Open…2000 Outdoor: Ran a 400m season best of 56.82 at the Baldy Castillo Inv.…posted a personal best in the 800m (2:12.89) at the Oregon Inv.…placed second in the 800m at the ASU/USTCA Inv. (2:13.19) and the Mesa Classic (2:16.52).

2000 Indoor: Notched two top-three finishes in the 400m, taking first place (57.54) at the Days Inn Inv. (57.54) and third at Daily Sun Inv. (season-best 57.26).

1999 Outdoor: Posted season-bests of 26.27 in the 200m and 56.30 in the 400m, both at the Wildcat Qualifier... posted a 56.76 in a 400m prelim at the Pac-10 Championship.

1999 Indoor: Posted a 58.54 in the 400m at the Flagstaff Invitational.

High School: 1998 state champion in the 400m (56.40) after finishing second in 1996 and ‘97 and fifth in ‘95... placed at state meet three times in 200m, finishing fifth in 1995, third in ‘97 and fourth in ‘98...four-time all-conference selection in 400m and three-time choice in 100m and 200m... also lettered in cross country.
