ASU: Expected to move into the Sun Devils' starting lineup after playing in all 12 games last year ... an all-conference candidate.

1999: Played in all 12 games ... started at Oregon when Courtney Jackson moved to safety ... along with fellow JC transfer Kenny Williams, backed up the starting tandem of Jackson and Kareem Clark ... those four corners regularly rotated ... also played a lot in nickel and dime packages ... posted 32 tackles, with 21 unassisted ... had two tackles for loss, one against Washington State and the other against Stanford ... recorded one interception and had a career-high eight tackles against Oregon, including six unassisted ... broke up five pass plays ... led the team in fumble recoveries with two ... one recovery was against UCLA and the other came in ASU's win over Washington ... returned one punt for nine yards against Notre Dame.
