2006: Played in 12 games...totaled eight tackles (six solo) and a one-yard tackle-for-loss...enjoyed the finest game of his career against Nevada on Sept. 9, totaling five tackles (four solo) and a one-yard tackle-for-loss against the Wolf Pack...did not play at Colorado on Sept. 16, only the second game he has missed in three seasons at ASU...for the second consecutive year, earned Hard Hat Player recognition for his work in the team's winter strength and conditioning program.
2005: Played in 11 games...recorded three tackles (two solo) on the season...a standout member of ASU's special teams units, he blocked a Sam Paulescu punt at Oregon State on Sept. 24...was awarded a scholarship during the spring...was recognized as a Hard Hat Player for his work in ASU's winter strength and conditioning program.
2004: Played in all 12 games, seeing a lot of time on special teams...collected one assisted tackle for a loss of two yards against UTEP.
2003: Redshirted as a member of the scout team.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2003 graduate of Williams Howard Taft High School in San Fernando, Calif....lettered twice in football and track...earned first-team all-conference honors at cornerback as a senior...played in the East-West All-Star game...also earned second-team all-league honors as a junior...played running back and cornerback in high school...averaged 10.2 yards per carry as a senior and 9.4 as a junior...rushed for 820 yards with 17 touchdowns as a senior...also had 14 pass deflections and four interceptions that year...was coached by Troy Starr.
