2000 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 400m (54.96) at the Pac-10 Championships…recorded three top-three finishes, including second-place (54.94) in the 400m at the Double Dual…ran 400m season-best (54.40) at the Sun Angel Classic, placing third…ran a 200m season-best (24.66) at the Baldy Castillo Inv.
2000 Indoor: Member of 4x400m relay team which placed 12th at the NCAA Championships (3:38.17)…relay team won three meet titles during regular season (Days Inn Inv., Double Dual, MPSF Last Chance Meet)…posted a season-best 400m time of 56.44 at the Double Dual.
1999 Outdoor: Posted a provisional NCAA qualifying time and PR of 53.68 in the 400m at the UA/NAU Double Dual... that time ranks as the 10th-best in ASU history... posted a season-best time of 24.46 in the 200m at the same meet... was disqualified from the women's 400 final at the Pac-10 Championship (false start) after running the fourth-best time (54.92) in the prelims... ran legs on both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams... the 4x400 relay finished third at the Pac-10 Championship and participated in the NCAA meet, finishing sixth in their semifinal heat... posted a season-best time of 3:34.55 to finish fourth at the Texas Relays.
1999 Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 55.60 to finish third in the 400m at the MPSF Championship... won the 400 at the Flagstaff Invitational (56.28)... earned All-America honors as a member of 4x400 relay that finished seventh at the NCAA Championship with a season-best time of 3:37.14.
1998 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 400 at the U.S. Junior National Championship (54.66)... season-best of 54.31 at Cal State L.A. Invitational... also placed sixth in the 400 at Pac-10s (54.74)... one of two freshmen to advance to final... in the 200, set PR with a 24.20 at Junior Nationals... 1998 Indoor: Clocked 57.86 in prelims of MPSF 400m... indoor season-best 56.35 came at Flagstaff Invitational.
High School: 1997 graduate of Lawrence Central HS in Indianapolis, Ind... 1997 state champion in the 100, 200 and 400... only the second female in Indiana history to win those three titles at the same meet... 1995 state runner-up in the 200 and 400... finished fourth at 1997 Junior Nationals 400... took the county, sectional and regional championship in the 400m from 1995-'97... holds high school records in long jump (17-8), 100 (11.90), 200 (24.80) and 400 (55.19).
