NORTHBOROUGH– On Wednesday, the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association announced its 2024 Academic Awards which was highlighted by 16 student-athletes from Arizona State lacrosse earning Academic Honor Roll Distinction. The team as a whole was also named a 2024 Academic Squad for posting a team GPA of 3.2 or better.
Just six schools out of the 113 named had more student-athletes named to the Honor Roll than ASU. The 16 Sun Devils is the most the program has had on the Honor Roll in a single season, and brings the total Honor Roll tally to 58 in the program's seven seasons.
The 16 named to the Honor Roll include: Berit Brookfield, Jenna Casole, Rosie Davis, Gigi Gaspar, Bella Gaspar, Lexi Guerin, Annie Haley, Bella Ingrao, Grace Lilla, Flynn Murphy, Helen Park, Maddie Riley, Mina Scott, Maddelena Signorile, Kaitlyn Skamas, and Anna Thornton. The group earned the distinction for having a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
