TEMPE – Sun Devil Swim and Dive will host eight home meets and ten schools during the 2024-25 season in their first year in Big 12 competition head coach Herbie Behm announced Friday afternoon. The slate features ASU facing off against some of the top programs in the country.

Sun Devil Men's Swim and Dive are coming off their first national championship in program history and the Sun Devil Women look to improve after its top-25 finish at the NCAA Championships last season.

The season kicks off with two straight home meets, welcoming UNLV on Oct. 4 to a dual meet at 6 p.m AZT. at Mona Plummer Aquatic Center and then hosting Arizona, Grand Canyon and Northern Arizona to a quad-meet set to take place on Oct. 12 at 12 p.m. AZT.

After a week off, the Sun Devils will travel east to take on NC State on Oct. 25-26th in Raleigh. The Wolfpack men finished fifth and the women finished ninth at NCAA Championships last season.

The Sun Devils then return home to host a tri-meet over two days between prominent programs against California and Stanford on November 7-8 set to begin at 6 p.m. AZT and 11 a.m. AZT on the 8th. California men's team placed second at NCAA's, with the women taking 11th. For Stanford, their women placed 5th at NCAA's last season and the men finished 8th.

In the last meet for the Fall, ASU goes back East to compete in the GAC Invite hosted by NC State in Greensboro, N.C from Nov. 21-Nov. 23.

To kick off the Spring season,  the Women's team will take on Rice in a dual on Jan. 3 set for 2 p.m. AZT, in Tempe, and then both sides will welcome GCU in a duel the following day to start at 12 p.m. AZT.

The following week the Sun Devils will host Minnesota on Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. AZT. The Gopher men finished 27th in the CSCAA Poll as the Women finished ranked 22nd to end the 2024 season.

Following a week away from competition, the Sun Devils embark on their final regular season road-trip of the season for a quad meet between three of the top-swim programs in the country taking on Virginia, Texas and NC State on January 24-25 in Austin, Texas.

Virginia's Women are coming off their fourth consecutive NCAA Title this past season, and the men's team finished 17th at NCAA. For NC State, it'll be the third time ASU meets the Wolfpack, where both teams finished in the top 10 at NCAA Championships last year. Texas men's team finished seventh at NCAA Championships and the Texas women finished runner-up to Virginia at NCAA's in 2024. Historically, Texas has the most men's team titles with 15 and the second most women's team titles (7). In 2024, Virginia became the second team to win four consecutive titles, joining Texas who won four straight from 1984-1988.

Two weeks later, the Sun Devils return home to take on in-state rival Arizona on Feb. 8 at 12 p.m. AZT. Last season, both the Men's and Women's teams defeated the Wildcats to close out the regular season.

Then in late February, the Sun Devils will travel up to Federal Way, WA to compete in Big 12 Championships, set to start on February 25 and go through March 1. The following week the Dive team will travel to Federal Way for NCAA Dive Zones on March 10-12, which determine qualification for the NCAA Championships.

That same month the Women's side will compete at NCAA Championships at Federal Way from March 19 through March 22, and then the Men's side will attempt to defend their national title the following week starting on March 26 through March 29.
