TEMPE – Sun Devil softball returns to Farrington Stadium this weekend to host a three-game series against No. 7 UCLA. The series is part of the final regular season weekend in Pac-12 history.

The teams will open the series on Friday at 6 p.m., with play continuing on Saturday at 5 p.m. The series finale is slated for noon on Sunday.

All three games of the series will air on Pac-12 Networks and in the Pac-12 Now app, with Chris Harris (PBP) calling the action.

ABOUT THE SUN DEVILS
Arizona State enters the final weekend of the regular season at 19-27 overall and 3-18 in Pac-12 action. The Sun Devils went 1-2 against Cal last weekend and are now 17-14 at home. 

ASU currently scores 4.93 runs per game by slashing .290/.366/.476. The Sun Devils have recorded 64 doubles, 15 triples and hit 43 home runs. 

In the circle, ASU pitchers have a 4.65 ERA and 1.69 WHIP. The staff averages 4.83 strikeouts per seven innings, and the opposition is batting .302.

ABOUT THE BRUINS
UCLA makes its final Pac-12 visit to Tempe at 31-10 overall and leading the conference with a 14-4 record. They can clinch the regular season title – and No. 1 seed for the conference tournament – with two wins this weekend.

The Bruins' .312 batting average ranks fifth in the conference, and their .397 on-base percentage is third in the league. 

UCLA pitchers have a 2.97 ERA and 1.41 WHIP into the series. They limit the opposition to a .262 batting average. The staff averages 7.21 strikeouts per seven innings.

EARLY OFFENSE
The ASU offense has been potent early in games, scoring 123 runs in the first three innings, which accounts for 54 percent of the team's 227 total runs. The team has crossed the plate 51 times in the first inning and scored 44 runs in the third.

DOUBLE (OR TRIPLE) TAKE
ASU ranks fourth in the Pac-12 in total doubles with 64 and third with an average of 1.39 per game. They have hit at least one double in a game 34 times and have multiple doubles in a game 16 times. They are currently on pace for 70 doubles, which would rank 13th in program history.

ASU has also tallied 15 triples to lead the conference and tie for 21st in the NCAA. The Sun Devils have recorded multiple triples in the same game thrice, including three against New Mexico State on February 25. The 15 triples are the most since 1995 and tied for the 10th most in program history.

BUNCH OF THIEVES
The Sun Devils have also used their team speed to steal 66 bases on the season. That total ranks second in the Pac-12 and 50th in the NCAA. ASU has stolen a base in 27 games and has had multiple steals in a game 19 times. The 66 steals are the eighth-most for a season in program history.

WINDLE PLAYS THE HITS
Tanya Windle continues to lead the Sun Devils – and rank 10th in the Pac-12 –  with her .378 batting average. She is second on the team with 14 multi-hit games, including five games with three hits. Windle has never gone more than two consecutive games without a hit in her career, and she is 10-for-26 with a home run and five RBIs in the past nine games.

HALL BALL
Kelsey Hall has a hit in 10 of the past 11 games – including seven straight – to raise her average to .364 for the season. During the last 11 games, Hall is 14-for-32 with four home runs. She has eight doubles, two triples, six home runs, and 19 RBIs while leading the team with 15 multi-hit games.

LASER LECLAIR
Audrey LeClair has also delivered over the past 11 games, going 12-for-34 with two doubles, a triple, and a walk-off home run to beat Cal on Saturday. She is batting .304 on the season with nine extra-base hits. LeClair has added five outfield assists on the season, including three in the same game against Utah on April 13.

AROUND THE DIAMOND
Kayla Lissy is 6-for-14 with a double, homer, two RBIs, and three multi-hit games in the past four contests. She is one of three players in the Pac-12 to have at least 14 steals without being caught.

• Alesia Denby leads the team with nine home runs and 29 RBIs. She ranks 11th in the Pac-12 with 18 extra-base hits.

• Sara Kinch is having her best season at the plate with a .248 batting average and five home runs. Her 21 RBIs are third on the team, and she has hit two grand slams.

• Deborah Jones leads the team with 19 starts on the season, including 13 in conference play. Her 74 strikeouts lead the club and rank 11th in the Pac-12.

WALKING WOUNDED
Injuries have taken a toll on the Sun Devils, with season-ending injuries to pitchers Kenzie Brown and Kylee Magee affecting the rotation and Yannixa Acuña and Maddie Pomykalski not being options in the lineup. ASU players have lost a combined 158 games to injury this season.
