Arizona State starts the weekend with a 4 PM MST match up on Friday, Mar. 25 against No. 18 USC. The game against the Trojans will be broadcasted via the USC Live Stream, with live stats also available. Two days later, Arizona State is back home to take on No. 11 Florida at 11 AM MST on Sunday, Mar. 27. Sun Devil Lacrosse fell to Stanford in their Pac-12 road opener last Friday night at Laird Q. Cagan Stadium. Arizona State found themselves trailing a majority of the game, but put forth a valiant comeback effort to pull to as close as three goals, before eventually losing 19-11.
Emily Glagolev and Carley Adams attempted to take over the game, each delivering a spectacular offensive performance. They both eclipsed the 100-career goal mark in style, finishing with a combined 10 points. Katie Brodsky and Taylor Pinzone joined them in scoring 3+ points, allowing ASU to keep pace with Stanford through two and a half quarters.

Emily Glagolev continues to play at an elite level, leading the offense with a massive 10-point effort. That included a single-game program record seven assists, breaking the record of six that she previously held. Glagolev was consistently finding teammates like Carley Adams (five goals), Taylor Pinzone (four goals), Emily Munro (three goals), and Mina Scott (three goals), as five different Sun Devils recorded a hat trick, including Glagolev.
Defensive adjustments made in the second half by Head Coach Tim McCormack allowed the Sun Devils to slow down the California offense, leading to lucrative counter attacks. One of those changes was in net, as goalkeeper Flynn Murphywas inserted in the second half. She did not miss a beat, finishing the rest of the game, looking comfortable in the cage. Murphy was credited with her first collegiate win, making five saves while also causing a turnover.

The Pac-12 rivals split a pair of games last season, each winning on each other's home field.
This year's USC squad is led by the duo of Kelsey Huff and Isabelle Vitale, who each have 35+ points on the season. Huff is the team's leading goal scorer, finding the back of the net 32 times. The Sun Devils are coming off a season in which they nearly earned a NCAA tournament berth last year and will face a 2022 slate filled with opportunities to build their postseason resume. The schedule consists of 16 regular season games and the Pac-12 Lacrosse Tournament, hosted by Arizona State in Tempe. Of those 16 games, nine of them are against teams ranked in the Top-20 of at least one major preseason poll.
