Carrick Felix had 22 points and Jahii Carson added 15 but ASU couldn't cut into a five-point deficit midway through the second half and fell 73-58 in Tucson on Saturday.
Felix led the Sun Devils in scoring for the tenth time on the year and was 6-of-9 from the floor. He notched his 12th 20-point game in his career.

The list is below, and none of them averaged more than the 13.5 points per game Mike Bibby did in 1996-97...his 154 assists is the most by a Pac-12 freshmen since Jason Garner had 162 in 1999-2000...his 154 assists is ninth on the Sun Devil season list and a freshman record. Next up on Sun Devil list is Lynn Collins (156 in 1990-91) and Derek Glasser (158 in 2009-10 and 162 in 2008-09).

NOTE ON JAHII'S NUMBERS
Jahii Carson is averaging 17.7 points and 5.0 assists. Only one freshman in the past sixteen years has averaged 17 points and five assists, as Ben Woodside produced those digits in 2005-06 for North Dakota State (17.5 points and 5.1 assists). Previous to Woodside, the last freshmen to notch those digits was Shaheen Holloway of Seton Hall back in 1996-97, when he finished at 17.3 points per game and 6.3 assists.

ASU has a school-record 195 blocks (6.3 per game). UCLA holds the Pac-12 record for blocks with 199 in 2010-11. He has 174 career blocks and the Sun Devil career record is 191, held by Mario Bennett from 1991-95.
