SUN DEVILS VS. GOLDEN BEARS:
California improved its record in the all-time series with Arizona State to 17-14, including victories in eight of the last nine meetings.
SENIOR DAY: 24 seniors made their final appearance in Sun Devil Stadium for Arizona State University against California. MARSHALL OF THE TOUCHDOWN:
Cameron Marshall solidified his historic season against the Golden Bears by adding two more touchdowns to bring his season total to 18. Those 18 touchdowns tied him for the Sun Devil season record previously by Woody Green (1972) and Terry Battle (1996). Marshall leads the Pac-12 with his 18 touchdowns on the ground and has scored more rushing touchdowns than seven Pac-12 teams (Washington 14, Arizona 14, Utah 14, WSU 13, Oregon State 12, USC 11, Colorado 10). His 29 career touchdowns now rank him fourth all-time in Arizona State history - just three behind J.R. Redmond for third.
MARSHALL, MARSHALL, MARSHALL: Junior running back Cameron Marshall has put together a terrific 2011 season. Marshall has now run for 1,038 yards so far this year, eclipsing his previous career-high of 787 set in 2010. That's the most rushing yards in a season by a Sun Devil running back since Ryan Torain for 1,229 yards in 2006. He came just shy of his career best (168 yards) on Friday but added his sixth career 100+ yard rushing game. He also became the 17th player in school history to go over 2,000 career rushing yards.
BROCK AND ROLL: Brock Osweiler was fast moving up the record books with his impressive junior campaign and did little to change that Friday against the Golden Bears. Osweiler finished 21-of-37 for 264 yards and three touchdowns. That brought his season total for yardage to 3,641, which is good for second all-time behind Andrew Walter. His 296 completions are an ASU record for a single season and his 469 pass attempts are also second all-time behind Walter.

RUNNING FOR MILES: Jamal Miles further established his run through the record books during Friday's game, returning six kicks for 139 yards to match the Sun Devil career record set by Rudy Burgess from 2004-07 with 1,517 career kick return yards. Miles' 788 kickoff return yards this season ranks second all-time, behind Burgess who holds the school record of 879 in 2007.

BALLHAWKING: Arizona State added a fumble recovery on Friday to bring the season turnover count to 29. That's 29 total turnovers this year after forcing 17 last season. The +8 turnover ratio ranks second in the Pac-12.
BACK IN THE GAME
Senior Aaron Pflugrad snatched his first touchdown reception since the Missouri game with a 17-yard catch on the first play from scrimmage in the second quarter. It was his eighth career touchdown grab and his final one in Sun Devil Stadium

Josh Hubner launched a punt in the third quarter 59 yards, a new career-best for the junior.
NOEL HUDDLE OFFENSE: The quick-strike offense of the Sun Devils was in force again late in the first half of Friday's game. Rashad Ross' first touchdown catch capped a quick 1:59 scoring drive. After recovering a fumble on the ensuing kickoff, the Sun Devils needed just :19 seconds for Brock Osweiler to find Trevor Kohl in the back of the end zone for his first career TD to put ASU up 28-27 going into the break.
BIG YEAR FOR G-ROB
While senior Gerell Robinson wasn't able to match his hot run of 100+ yard receiving games, the senior did have three catches for 56 yards in his last game in Sun Devil Stadium. That gave Robinson 1,156 yards for the season and moved him up to fourth all-time on the single season receiving yards list.

SHOP AT ROSS
Junior receiver Rashad Ross had his coming out party against Cal, pulling down five catches for a career high 108 yards. He also added his first career touchdown on a 35-yard strike late in the first half of Friday's matchup.
SENIOR MEMORIES
Senior tight end Trevor Kohl hasn't always been the most noticeable guy on the field buy he had his moment on Friday, reeling in a four-yard pass -his only reception of the game - for his first career touchdown in his final appearance in Sun Devil Stadium. It was only his 10th career reception.

The senior presence on the field was definitely felt on the defensive side, with 33 of the team's total 68 tackles being made by seniors Oliver Aaron (8), Colin Parker (7), Shelly Lyons (6), Eddie Elder (5), Clint Floyd (4), Bo Moos (2) and Adam Tello (1).
