LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -Yvonne Turner scored 13 points, making two crucial free throws with 18 seconds left, and Nebraska came from behind to defeat No. 24 Arizona State 62-58 on Sunday.
Catheryn Redmon and Kaitlyn Burke added 12 points apiece for the Cornhuskers, who took their first lead with 2:48 left on Turner's layup.
The Sun Devils regained the lead on a free throw by Briann January, but Cory Mongomery's jumper with 1:35 left put the Huskers in front to stay.
Turner's late free throws put Nebraska (9-3) up 61-58, and Dominique Kelley hit one more from the line for the final margin.
Danielle Orsillo had 16 points and Sybil Dosty 14 points and 11 rebounds for ASU (8-4). Dymond Simon, back in the lineup after missing the Dec. 21 win over Xavier with a foot injury, added 12 points and five assists.
