Final Stats

The Arizona State women's swimming and diving team finished sixth at the SMU Classic. The team compiled 227 point at the invitational.

The 400 free relay team of Jen Beckberger, Katie Haron, Jess Perazzo and Penelope Yamauchi finished fourth, touching in at 3:27.51.

In the 200 back, Sasha Stephens clocked in a time of 2:03.24 to finish sixth. Junior Jamie Martinez also competed in the 200 back, finishing in a season-high time of 2:04.05.

Yamauchi clocked in a time of 2:18.44 to finish fourth in the 200 breast. Yamauchi's fellow freshman, Jordyn Green touched in at 2:19.33. Aliya Wishner placed fifth in the 3-meter with 215.75 points.

Beckberger finished fourth in the 100 free clocking in a solid time of 51.71. Perazzo hit the wall at a season-high 52.76 in the same event. In the 200 fly, Ashton Aubry finished sixth, touching in at 2:03.98 while Martinez clocked in at 2:04.94.

Yamauchi placed fourth in the 200 IM, hitting the wall at 2:05.12. Green finished the event in 2:11.27. The Sun Devils ended the SMU Classic by finishing fifth in the 200 free relay. The team of Beckberger, Perazzo, Haron and Aubry clocked in at time of 1:36.34.

Both the men and women's teams will head to Los Angeles on November 14th to open the Pac-10 season. The women will compete against UCLA on that Friday while the men will be at USC. On Saturday the women will head to USC.
