CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Arizona State University gymnasts placed fourth at the Pacific-10 Conference Championships Saturday in Corvallis with a score of 193.9. Posting the lowest score since January, the Sun Devils suffered falls on every event. Stanford won the Pac-10 title with a score 197.1. UCLA finished second with a 196.8 and host Oregon State placed third with a 196.4. Rounding out the final three spots were Arizona (193.75), Washington (192.75), and California (192.725).

Senior Ashley Kelly was the only consistent Sun Devil gymnast of the night as she tied for second on the beam and placed fourth in the all around with a score of 39.475. Stanford's Tabitha Yim scored a 39.65 to win the all around.

The meet did not start out well for ASU as the normally consistent Sun Devil vaulters suffered their lowest vault score of the year, a 48.275. The Sun Devils who are nationally ranked seventh on the vault, placed sixth. Kelly led the way with a 9.825, tying for 13th. Harris and Lauren Powell each scored a 9.775 to finish 19th. UCLA won the vault with a score of 49.325. Individually, Oregon State's Tasha Smith finished first on the vault with a 9.925.

The 10th-ranked Sun Devils posted the lowest uneven bar score since January, a 48.3. The Sun Devils tied with Arizona for fifth. Kelly scored a 9.85 to place fifth. Powell posted a 9.75 to place 19th. Tiana Jean finished 21st with a score of 9.725. UCLA scored a 49.125 to finish first the bars. Liz Tricase of Stanford scored a 9.925 to finish first individually.

On the balance beam, the seventh ranked Sun Devils posted a 48.8 to place fourth. Kelly shined with a 9.95 to tie for second with Stanford's Natalie Foley and UCLA's Kate Richardson and Melissa Chan. April Boone and Harris both rebounded from falls previous on events and posted 9.85 to tie for 11th. Ashlee Hinkle tied for 14th with a score of 9.825. UCLA scored a 49.525 to win the balance beam. Stanford's Yim won the balance beam with a 9.975.

The Sun Devils finished fourth on the floor with a 48.525. Kelly posted a 9.85 to place seventh. Boone scored a 9.825 to tie for ninth. Harris finished 20th with a 9.7. Stanford finished first on the floor with a 49.275. Oregon State's Smith scored a 9.95 to finish first on the floor.

The Sun Devils find out Monday if they are selected to compete at an NCAA Regional Championship.
