EUGENE, Ore. (AP) - Serge Angounou had 20 points and 10 rebounds to lift Arizona State to a 64-51 victory against cold-shooting Oregon Saturday night.

Ike Diogu, the Pac-10 scoring and rebounding leader, added 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Sun Devils. Though his point total was a career low, the senior has now scored in double figures in a national-best 78 straight games.

Arizona State (14-5, 3-4 Pac-10) entered the game allowing 90.7 points a game during a three-game losing streak.

But Oregon (11-5, 3-4) could never get going offensively. The Ducks shot 28.6 percent from the field and 4-for-34 from 3-point range while scoring a season-low.

The Ducks never tried to establish an inside game, as their post players were a combined 3-for-7 from the field.

Malik Hairston led Oregon with 17 points, while Aaron Brooks, who averages a team-high 16 points, didn't score his first field goal until four minutes into the second half. He finished with 10 points.

The Sun Devils didn't shoot much better (36.5 percent), as they also set a season-low in points scored.

Steve Moore and Bryson Krueger opened the game with 3-pointers, giving the Sun Devils a lead they would never lose.

Angounou gave the Sun Devils a boost minutes later, hitting three consecutive jump shots to give Arizona State a 16-8 lead.

The Ducks scored the next six points to trim their deficit to 16-14 at the midway point of the half, but the Sun Devils closed on a 17-5 run to take a 33-19 lead at the break.

It was much of the same in the second half, as Arizona State built its lead to 16 points, 46-30, just past the midway point, and Oregon could never get closer than 10.
