RENO, Nev. (www.TheSunDevils.com) -- Junior outside hitter Natalie Harris recorded a match-high 19 kills and 11 digs, but it wasn't enough as the Arizona State Volleyball team dropped a four-game match to the University of Nevada Saturday night to conclude the SBC/Sands Regency Volleyball Invitational. The injury-ridden Sun Devils finished the tournament with a 1-2 record after falling in five games earlier Saturday to Tennessee. ASU is now 2-4 on the season and will head to the SMU Volleyball Classic in Dallas, Texas, next weekend. Nevada improved to 4-4 with the victory.

Harris and senior outside hitter Juliana Escobar were each named to the all-tournament team. Harris averaged 4.75 kills and 2.58 digs per game in the three matches. Senior middle blocker Mandy Stephens, senior outside hitter Kim Mehlhorn and sophomore outside hitter Sarah Watkins each recorded 10 kills in the loss.
