STANFORD, Calif. - Falling short of qualifying any athletes to the NCAA Championships, Arizona State's diving contingent wrapped the 2001-02 season at the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships in Stanford, Calif., at the Maas Family Diving Center.

In the third and final day of the meet, ASU freshman Thomas McCrummen placed last among 14 divers in the finals of the men's platform with a score of 368.60. The Sun Devil women were represented by sophomore Jessica Stenson, who placed 18th among a 24-person field in the women's platform. Stenson's 304.80 total was a season best effort on platform.

USC's Blythe Hartley completed a three-event sweep by tallying 482.45 points to take first in the platform. Trojan teammate Dominca Fusaro finished runner-up at 439.80, followed by Arizona's Claire Febvay in third at 431.30.
