ASU Completes Best Meet of Season
CHICAGO, Ill. - Arizona State's cross country squads had their best meet of the 1997 season with the women finishing second and the men third at the Lakefront Invitational in Chicago, Ill. Phillip Prince and Mary Duerbeck each finished among the top five while Matt Repak also turned in a top 10 finish.
Duerbeck finished fifth overall in 18:05 to pace the women's squad which had four top 25 finishers. Prince finished the course in 25:15 for fourth place while Repak finished ninth in 25:23.
ASU takes two weeks off prior to their next meet, the ASU Invitational in Gilbert, Ariz.
