TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State University Head Football Coach Todd Graham, his staff and the team will begin spring practice tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. at the Kajikawa Practice Facility. ASU's 15 spring practice sessions will culminate with the highlight being the annual Football Fan Fest presented by MidFirst Bank on Saturday, April 13. The Pac-12 Network will provide coverage of the Football Fan Fest presented by MidFirst Bank from Sun Devil Stadium, beginning at 11 a.m.
The practices run through April 18, and will be held at the Bill Kajikawa Practice Facility (except for Saturdays). Weekday practices begin at 8:30 a.m. and last until around 11 a.m. Saturday practice times are to be established. The annual Football Fan Fest presented by MidFirst Bank will take place at Sun Devil Stadium on April 13 at 11 a.m. All practices are open to the public unless otherwise stated, and the Football Fan Fest presented by MidFirst Bank is free to attend. The Saturday, March 23 practice will feature the 2nd Annual Sun Devil Youth Experience Clinic afterward. Members of the Sun Devil coaching staff and current student-athletes will focus on several drills and fundamentals with area youth.
The 2013 football season will begin on September 5 versus Sacramento State in Sun Devil Stadium. In Coach Graham's first year ASU reached the eight-win plateau for the first time since 2007 and ended the season with three straight wins for the first time since 1978, including a 41-34 Territorial Cup victory in Tucson and a 62-28 win over Navy in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl.
Headlined by consensus first team All-American Taylor Kelly, tight end Chris Coyle and three offensive linemen on offense.
